Containers are sustainable and once galvanized will last as long as a conventional house. all properties are built with planning permission and more importantly we follow building regulations which means they are resalable plus certain lenders will offer mortgages. Yes we offer first time buyers a deposit towards buying one of our properties. 

What kind of homes does karma homes specialise in? are they new builds or renovations?

All new builds however we can step out side the new box if you require some thing at your home or business

What are the key features of a 'green' home that karma homes offers?

We only use recycled containers, every property is off grid solar powered dependent on location can be off grid for water and waste sewage

All properties will recycle rain water to use with toilet flushes, we can use recycled and restored solar panels plus insulation if building regulations allow.

How much do they cost?

Currently our prices for a 2 bedroom property start at £245000 up to £350000 for a 4/5 bedroom property
